After booking your slot and paying, you receive a unique video link. At the scheduled time you open the link in your browser and connect with the doctor. The consultation lasts 30 minutes and you don't have to leave home.
No. The video consultation runs directly in your phone or computer browser. You only need a stable internet connection and to grant camera and microphone access when the browser asks.
Yes. Prescriptions carry Dr. Julia's licensed seal and comply with the legal requirements to be presented at pharmacies, laboratories and insurers in Venezuela.
We accept Pago Móvil from Banco de Venezuela (manual confirmation) and crypto payments (USDT on the TRC-20 network) via NOWPayments, with near-instant on-chain confirmation.
Each consultation lasts 30 minutes, with a 30-minute gap between appointments so the doctor can review your history, update your record and issue any needed prescription or certificate without rushing.
If you can't connect, contact us by WhatsApp or email within 15 minutes after the scheduled time. We'll reschedule the consultation at no cost or, if you prefer, process a full refund.
Yes. You can cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before the scheduled time from your appointments panel, with a full refund. Cancellations with less notice are reviewed case by case.
